Facilities Management:
Responsible for day to day operation and maintenance of 72 apartment units and scattered site housing distributed over 9 locations in Delaware and Philadelphia Counties
Commercial Property Inspection:
- Environmental Risk Assessments:
- Perform Phase I & II environmental assessments and risk analysis for lending institutions, owners and developers. Coordinate quality assurance program relating to outside laboratory analysis, field investigation, and site documentation.
- Construction Monitoring:
- Field inspection of quantity, schedule, and manpower of construction projects.
- Review to client results in overall health of the project providing third party input.
- Conceptual Estimating
- Review project plans & specifications for pricing, scheduling, code compliance and construct-ability.
Engineering

- Supervision of engineering staff, design compliance, conformance to industrial health / safety standards
